LitRPG AI Plans Your Book Like The Head-Start Card

A teenage girl and her grandfather, still holding a game controller, are pulled into a glowing television as their living room breaks into pixels, with health bars and a quest marker above them

LitRPG stands for “literary role-playing game.” It is a type of novel where the world runs on game rules everyone can see. When something big happens, a small game box pops onto the page to keep score. You already know the idea from Jumanji, where people are pulled into a video game and have to get stronger to get home. LitRPG turns that idea into a book series.
LitRPG AI is presented as an AI publishing studio built for this genre. It takes you from a story idea to a full-length novel, a cover and the files Amazon KDP asks for. The AI is built in, so there is no ChatGPT subscription and no API key to manage. It is sold as a one-time payment. The studio was created by Cindy Donovan, who describes herself as having about twenty years of experience building online businesses and software. Her team also built HolyInk AI, a writing studio for Christian fiction authors who publish on KDP.
How It Works:

The workflow starts with picture cards. Picking the series mood (Cozy, Heroic, Comedic, Satirical, Dark or Very dark) fills every other setting with a sensible default, and each card carries a Change button for anything you’d like to adjust. The hero screen hands you a ready character and a name box; one credit deals four fresh options, and the full gallery holds close to sixty, covering retired detectives, veteran nurses, teenagers, parents and monsters.

A single series page then gathers the setting, the cast, the System’s rules and the fixed facts in folding sections, and the “Fill the gaps for me” button writes only the parts left blank. The feature that sets the studio apart is the running score. Each time the hero gains a level, a skill, an item or a title, the ledger records the change along with the chapter and a short reason.

When the next chapter is drafted, that ledger travels with it as the only valid set of numbers, so a level can’t slip backwards and gold can’t appear out of nowhere. After drafting, a free stat check scans each game box for 14 different kinds of slip, and a second pass looks for repeated scenes or stray notes. Nothing changes on its own; you pick which flags to act on.

Variety comes built in: ten story types such as dungeon crawl, settlement building, academy, beast taming and cozy livelihood, seven worlds from High Fantasy and Cultivation to After The Fall and Superhero, eight sub-genres, and eight System voices ranging from The Kind Voice to Corrupted Signal.

Book length is your call too, from an 18-chapter Novella near 40,000 words through a 30-chapter Standard and a 48-chapter Epic, up to 150,000 words, with paperback trims from 5 by 8 to 6 by 9 inches. When a draft is done, the publishing step drafts the store description plus keywords, a category and back-cover copy, paints a 1600 by 2560 cover with the title and pen name, and packs one zip with the paperback PDF, a full wrap whose spine matches the true page count, the EPUB and ebook cover, a listing sheet, a Word copy and a reading PDF.

Book 2 then opens from the final page of Book 1 with the ledger carried forward. Each plan allows three pen names with hosted author sites, three series and five books per series. That combination suits KDP publishers who want a backlist in a fast-reading genre, gamers and fantasy readers who have always wanted to write one, and ghostwriters serving paying clients.

From series setup to the downloaded KDP kit, Book 1 took about four evenings, and most of that time went into reading chapters as they arrived. My own changes were light: a few lines of dialogue reworked so Edda sounds more like my sense of humour, and two listing keywords swapped for terms I’d seen on competing titles. The cover came out at the right Kindle size on the first try and the paperback wrap matched the page count, so the KDP upload went through with no rework…..
